Other important staff/board positions...
The following positions are Committee Chairpersons or Formal Staff positions that are nominated by the President, and approved (by vote) of the full voting board. Positions may be reappointed as needed. These positions are frequently held by BOT Members, but may be held by any member in good standing.
They are Non-Voting offices. Click on the Position Title to contact the person responsible for that position.

| Business Manager |
Coordinates: Contracts and with Arrangements with cast/crew/orchestra as needed; with Venues, Insurance; and other business matters and as assigned by the BOT. |
Publicity & Communications Coordinator

Coordinates Publicity/Advertising/Promotional efforts and public commuincation.

| Grants Administrator |
Coordinates and submits Grant Writing and other Fund Raising proposals, and as assigned by BOT

| Membership Coordinator |
Coordinates Membership Comittee for the board., and as assigned by BOT.
|
| Orchestra Coordinator |
Coordinates Orchestra Comittee for the board, and as assigned by BOT . |
| Production Manager |
Administrative Liason for the BOT upon production matters for a specific show (or shows). This Position may change per production or show. |
| House Manager |
Acts for the BOT on Front of House/Lobby matters for a specific show. Responsible for correct record keeping of income from admissions & sales, and following BOT Procedures.

Board Business...
The Board of Trustees meet as often as needed (generally once a month). Meetings may be attended by any member unless specifically announced.
* The Annual Meeting is the Last Activity of the Performance Season. The new Season begins in July at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting . Transition of BOT members occurs at the conclusion of the meeting, except by special vote for outstanding business matters, and transitions of authorized personnel, as for Bank Documents (accounts), which takes place as soon as can be arranged.
