Bio

Ms. Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre Performance
from Seton Hill University. Among Her favorite roles at Seton
Hill include: Dana in "Quilters", Martine in "The Learned
Ladies", Shelly in "Moonchildren", Dolly in "The Grass Harp", The
Rose in "The Little Prince" and Adrianna in "A Comedy of Errors."
Other performance credits at Seton Hill include: "A Midsummer
Night's Dream", "Medea", "Five Tellers Dancing in the Rain" and
"Graceland." While at Seton Hill Ms. Lloyd made her directing
debut with "The Woods" by David Mamet.
Recently, She toured the tri-state area with the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera Gallery of
Heroes in the acclaimed musicals "Steel" and "The Amazingly True
Adventures of Nelly Bly" (original cast) written and directed by
Pittsburgh native, Jason Cole. Ms. Lloyd has performed with
dozens of other local Pittsburgh-based (and surrounding) arts
organizations including: Penn Avenue Theatre, CCAC South Campus
Summer Theater, Veronica's Veil Players, StageRight, Pittsburgh
New Works Festival, Trafford Theatre Factory, Sunday Night Live
Script Reading Forum and The Pittsburgh Children's Museum.
Ms. Lloyd performed the title role in "Sylvia" at Apple Hill
Playhouse where she also had featured roles in "Jesus Christ
Superstar" and "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat."
Ms. Lloyd can be seen all over the Pittsburgh-area performing a
plethora of odd characters, including Mother Goose and Little Red
Riding Hood, with Rockett Productions (formerly Don Brockett).
She has also performed with California University of PA Summer
Reparatory in "Pippin." Her Savoyards performance credits
include: Pitti-Sing in "The Mikado" and Lady Blanche in "Princess
Ida." Ms. Lloyd made her Savoyards directing debut this fall
with "Pirates of Penzance" which she also choreographed.
Ms. Lloyd is employed by Carnegie Mellon University's Electrical
and Computer Engineering Department as a Proposal and Business
Coordinator. She resides in Edgewood with the love of her life,
Nero.
